INFRARED SAUNA vs TRADITIONAL SAUNA

Infrared heat is effective at a more comfortable operating temperature than traditional saunas (100°-180°F for infrared vs. 200°F for a traditional sauna). Unlike traditional saunas, Infrared Saunas penetrate your body at a cellular level while traditional saunas only heat the air around you.
